• These are like young germinating plants: These are developers who have basic foundations and have all skills in the Seeds Stage like OS/GHCI installations, Linux commands usage, know how to use github, vscode, package managers but are not able to freely and independently work with Smart Contracts. These are not forced to pay but are always encouraged to offer ADA tips to hardworking helpers spending their times 24/7. Like restuarants workers who are always incentivices by tips or donations or cup of coffee, germinators are expected to give something back either as assistants on easy automation items like basic blackbox testing, proof reading technical documentation.
