PROBLEM: My tADA balance at the top of webpage is red. SOLUTION: This means the tADA balance is below 10 tADA. This Coxy Wallet Address runs on Preprod network. You need to top it up. Request tADA from team mates or get it from faucet here
PROBLEM: I cannot mint my Progress Tokens and yet my tADA balance is green, meaning it is enough. What causes this and what must I do? SOLUTION: This is caused by multiple utxos in your wallet addresses. The app selects a utxo to consume with insufficient tADA. Solution is you must Service your UTXOs. There is a button to click for this on your wallet. Another possible problem is that your pin or passphrase are incorrect. Check these!
PROBLEM: I have forgotten my pincode. SOLUTION: Use the Lost Pincode? feature to create a new one.
PROBLEM: I have lost my passphrase, what must I do? SOLUTION: a) connect to your App by clicking Connect Address menu item, b) click Profile, c) click New Pass Phrase, d) complete the form correctly and submit.
PROBLEM: Cardano browser extension wallets do not work on mobile browsers, are too complex to manage. SOLUTION: This dApp now uses Coxy Pocket Wallet which is simple, quick and cross platform - Thanks to Coxygen Global
PROBLEM: I do not see the value of this project. SOLUTION: This project extends web2 development skills to Cardano based web3. It refines and upgrades your web2 skills and you will be enrolled at Europen Business Instution for Plutus Certification upon successfully completing Coxygen Onchain Credentials Practicals. Completition of EBU Plutus certification open doors for Catalyst Proposal grants, Coxygen Global Plutus facilitation and possibilities of earning ADA peridically. Currently we have about 15 to 25 earning ADA periodically. These are developers, facilitators and marketers. We want to expand these to 100 because this project is targeting at least 16 universities
PROBLEM: Phone is not getting sms code. SOLUTION: Now the phone sms code is also emailed to the Secondary Email of enrolled student. Check the phone code there and also email cto@wims.io your alternative phone number. It will be checked and your account will be updated with the new working phone number.
PROBLEM: French Haskell lessons do not have videos. SOLUTION: We are developing and translating English videos to French and other languages used by WIMS Cardano Global and Coxygen Global members.
PROBLEM: Haskell is not easy to learn. Plutus will be worse! PROBLEM: Our university does not have a coordinator nor facilitator? SOLUTION: You can volunteer and be trained to be one so that your help grow your university status on Cardano. There are ADA incentives for doing this service. Your university students will then get assistance easy and will increase their chances of being enrolled at EBU Plutus Certification. PROBLEM: I do not understand Coxygen Global, WIMS Cardano Global and the relationship with Plutus Cardano SOLUTION: a) WIMS Cardano Global is a worldwide(with at least 8 countries) Cardano community that started blockchain in 2018 and joined Cardano in 2022. It got funded by Catalyst and established Coxygen Global Company
b) Coxygen Global (an South African incorporated IT Consulting company[Pvt]) was born out of Catalyst funding and is now training and onboarding over 16 universities/colleges on Cardano Haskell Plutus and Other Cardano Smart Contract development
c) WIMS is a registered company and a short cut for Women In Move Solutions. It is a 100% Cardano Blockchain hence WIMS Cardano and note that is not only focused on Women as before but on all families and Cardano communities:- hence global. WIMS-Cardano Global.
d) WIMS is Intersect Enterprise member, is DRep, Cardano Ambassador, Developer Advocate and Asia-Africa Cardano Coalition member.
