Why Templates for Cardano RWAs?

Cardano needs high-quality, open templates for Real-World Assets (RWAs). Templates reduce time-to-market, lower onboarding friction, and encode best practices for developers, startups, and enterprises.

Innovation & MVP

Open-source RWA starter templates for Cardano do not exist today. While other ecosystems (WordPress, Ethereum, Solana) demonstrate the value of templates for rapid development, Cardano lacks a public, reusable library to kickstart RWA projects. This program delivers 8–10 production-grade templates (real estate, supply chain, healthcare, energy, transport, education, and more) built with university partners across multiple countries.

A working set of 8–10 RWA templates on preprod with UI demos, validators (Plutus/Helios), oracle/emulator integrations, and documentation. Initial MVP leverages the Cardano Property Solutions codebase and expands it for additional industries.

On-chain deployments of industry templates on preprod; open MIT-licensed repositories; adoption by student teams and startups; measurable testnet transactions across sectors; public dashboards and workshops. Coxygen Global currently has 350+ tertiary students (incl. EBU Plutus/Haskell) ready to participate in hackathons.

Our Solution

Run 8–10 hackathons with tertiary students who adapt capstone projects into RWA dApps using Cardano. Each hackathon produces a production-ready template (smart contracts + UI + oracle hooks) per industry, released under MIT.
