- Device & usage data: IP address, device type, browser, OS, referral URLs, pages viewed, timestamps, and feature usage.
- Log data: security logs, error logs, and diagnostic events.
- Approximate location: inferred from IP address (city/region-level).
3.3 Recordings (where enabled)
If you use our live support services (audio/video/chat), we may record sessions where necessary for quality, safety, fraud prevention, dispute resolution, and compliance. We will notify you in the product experience when recording is active and/or request consent where required.
3.4 Blockchain / crypto-related information
- Wallet data: wallet addresses, public keys, stake addresses, and connected wallet metadata.
- Transaction data: transaction hashes, token identifiers, amounts, timestamps, and on-chain events related to your activity.
- Important: We do not ask for or want your seed phrase/private keys. Never share them with anyone.
