It is web3 on EUTXO blockchain model.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p class=\"wp-block-paragraph\">TSSH &#8211; are Technical Support Service Helpers on Cardano Smart Contract development languages.<br> TSSR &#8211; are those in need of immediate technical help on Smart Contract development languages. Ensure you have a stable internet connection:<br>i. For video\/audio calls and screen sharing, use a 4G or 5G internet connection.<br>ii. For chat calls, a 3G internet connection is sufficient.<br>b. Helpers\/assistants\/TSSHs should be proficient in Cardano Smart Contract languages they support.<br>c. Help receivers should have a clearly defined problem ready to avoid wasting time.<br>d. Helpers\/TSSHs must be registered Support Agents at Coxygen call center:<br>i. Send a registration request email to admin@coxygen.co.<br>ii. Undergo a 1-on-1 support session to determine subscription level, smart contract language proficiency, timezone, availability, incentives, and Coxygen call center platform training.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p class=\"wp-block-paragraph\"><strong>Setting Up Devices:<\/strong><br>a. Help receivers (TSSRs) should:<br>i. Use a device (tablet\/laptop\/notebook\/computer) with Chrome installed.<br>ii. Ensure Chrome version is &gt;= 122.<br>iii. Configure Chrome settings to allow video, calls, and pop-up tabs:<\/p>\n\n\n\n<ul class=\"wp-block-list\">\n<li>Go to Chrome settings and ensure pop-ups are allowed.<\/li>\n\n\n\n<li>When calling, read and respond appropriately to pop-up messages on the web app.<\/li>\n<\/ul>\n\n\n\n<p class=\"wp-block-paragraph\"><strong>Accessing Support:<\/strong><br>a. Help receivers (TSSRs) need to visit the correct support call link: https:\/\/coxygen.co\/live.<br>b. Helpers (TSSHs) must access the call center dashboard link: https:\/\/chat.coxygen.co.<br>i. Log in.<br>ii. Select the &#8220;anonymous&#8221; section.<br>iii. Ensure availability by being online and waiting for anonymous calls.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p class=\"wp-block-paragraph\"><strong>During Support Sessions:<\/strong><br>a. Helpers\/Agents should:<br>i. Accept incoming calls promptly.<br>ii. End calls after resolving the issue and return to waiting for calls.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p class=\"wp-block-paragraph\"><strong>Ending Calls:<\/strong><br>a.
